Friday was a wonderful start to the weekend. Russell called me and was like "hey I got some good news today." He said that his boss gave him a TC (Top Contributor) which is the highest rating on his evaluation at work. He has got this rating in the past, but this year we were not sure because he started on a new team earlier this year. The new team was just created so there was no past to compare to. But he did it and with the TC rating comes a decent raise.... AWESOME!!! Congrats Love!
