Jessica, Brandalee and Me making applesauce. Can you see the contraption on the far left of the picture? It separated the good parts of the apple (and sauced it at the same time) from the skins and seeds. It made doing apple sauce so easy!!!
...and let me tell you that this is the best applesauce that I have ever had, not to brag or anything! :)
